Cancellation and Late Policy

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Booking A Reservation

When booking an appointment with us, we reserve that time just for you. To hold your reservation, we require a credit card on file and a 50% deposit. This deposit applies to your overall total at the end of your service. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software.

Spa packages consisting of three or more scheduled services require 72 hours of cancellation notice. A credit card number is required upon booking your reservation.

Due to the individualized nature of the services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments in full, if not cancelled within this period.

If you find that you are running more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for the next scheduled client. We reserve the right to charge in full for the appointment as if it was a no-show. We ask that you simply honor our service providers’ talents and time.

If you have used a credit card to hold your appointments and cancel within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged for the appointments and services you reserved time for.

Cellular Phones

Please turn cell phones off, or to ‘silent’ during your visit. It’s simply for your own well-being.

Reservation Credit Card

To Schedule an appointment for Spa services, you will need to use a valid Credit Card.

Product Returns

All unopened product purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a spa credit. Credit may be redeemed towards future product purchases or spa treatments. Sorry, no exceptions.

Gift Cards and Other Guidelines

Gift cards are the same as cash. Gift cards are transferable but not refundable.
Packages and series are the same as cash and are not refundable.
There is no substitution of treatments with promotional packages.
Gift cards purchased as part of a promotional sale have a “Use by” date. The promotional package is valid through this date only.
Gift cards may be used for the dollar value that was originally paid for them.

Credit Cards and canceled checks are not accepted as proof of lost gift cards.

Guests arriving without gift cards may pay for treatments and will be reimbursed if we receive the gift card within 10 days.

No-shows, or cancellations within 24 hours, will cancel the value of a gift card.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we may take care of you for the full time that you have reserved. We hope that you enjoy your stay.

Appointment Times

All appointments end on time. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you. We will not make the next client wait to do so.

Children and Babies

Children over the age of 12 are welcome at the spa. Please contact us if you have a special request.

Group Events

Group, Spa Parties, and Special Event contracts will abide by specific details agreed upon in your Contract. Deposits of 50% are required for all special events, parties, and groups. This deposit is non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated. The standard is 20-25% and our preferred method of receiving is cash. Thank you for your consideration.
