  4. Keep your hair off your face and use a conditioner that does not contain wax.
  5. Change your washcloths morning and night
  6. Change your pillow cases daily
  7. Stay out of the sun and if in the sun, wear a hat and sunscreen that does not cause acne.
  8. Don’t use skincare products that irritate your skin
