Important Notes:

Gift cards are delivered by email to the email address on your account.
You will be sent a link to the gift card, if you have not selected a recipient.  You will have the option to then email the gift card or print out.
Our Bella gift cards have no additional processing fees and can be used online or at Bella Reina Spa for any product or service.

Gift Cards and Other Guidelines

• Gift cards are the same as cash. Gift cards are transferable but not refundable.
• Packages and series are the same as cash and are not refundable.
• There is no substitution of treatments with promotional packages.
• Gift cards purchased as part of a promotional sale have a “Use by” date. The promotional package is valid through this date only.
• Gift cards may be used for the dollar value that was originally paid for them.
• Credit Cards and cancelled checks are not accepted as proof for lost gift cards.
• Guests arriving without gift cards may pay for treatments, and will be reimbursed if we receive the gift card within 10 days.
• No-shows, or cancellations within 24 hours, will cancel the value of a gift card.
