We Accept Eleven Spa Gift Cards [woot, woot Happy Spa Day]

On December 8th, 2016, a Facebook post appeared discussing the unfortunate situation of those Eleven Spa clients still holding gift cards. That day, Eleven or Spa Eleven as it was also known, closed the doors after twelve years. Clients and employees were left in limbo at a most unfortunate time of year, the holidays. The next morning when I saw the anger and frustration of the clients, I decided that we would honor at least part of those gift cards. Below is the post as it appeared on Facebook.

We have an amazing, talented & highly educated team some who have been with me for 15 years. While we are pint-size compared to Eleven, we are powerful in our customer service & treatments. I think our reviews speak volumes. We will honor Eleven Spa gift cards at 50% of the original value. The difference will be applied to our loyalty & rewards program 100%. You will also receive a $25 Bonus Spa Gift for your 2nd visit. We hope this will help any of you that are holding Eleven Spa gift cards. Please call 561-404-7670 for reservations.

Don’t assume that your card is simply worthless. You can still redeem the card.

Bella Reina will honor the Eleven Spa gift cards as follows:

1. 50% of the Gift Card Value will Be Honored at the Original Value.
2. The remainder will be applied as points in the Loyalty and Points Reward Program.
3. A $25 Bonus Spa Dollar gift card will be issued on the day of your service to come back for a second visit. This gift card is good towards a $90 spa treatment

For example, if you had a $150 gift card to Eleven Spa, the following would happen:

1. You would have a $75 gift card from Bella Reina Spa.
2. Your account would immediately have 75 points applied in the loyalty points and rewards program. Each $1.00 is worth 1 point. When the account accumulates 1,000 points, you will receive a $20 gift card.
3. You would receive another $25 gift card after your first spa treatment, good towards your next $90 service or higher.

While, we don’t have some of the amenities that Spa Eleven offered, our spa treatments will far exceed your expectations. Our team of highly trained estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians receive the highest training and follow strict sanitation guidelines.
